i bought this the other night it is a s2 but with s1 front and back end and all the body kit as you can see it still has the s2 seats and dash. and i need to move the towing eye to were there are on the s1 i need some s1 or rs 1600 wheels if anyone has some???? i cleaned it today and it come up better then i fort let me khow wot you think peeps

yer it will pass as a real one when i am finished with it the only rot i can see is the battery tray

 

am going to sell it as it is with the 90 spec seats the loom is in the dash the tank and the turbo wheels i have loads of other bits with. might put it on ebay

Aah..Hull. Fairly close then. Saw add on ebay that's all and then it was closed early. Wondered if it was someone local bought it. I don't know the car btw.

hi mate if you email me the bits you need i know a lad in grimsby who has a few s1 parts hidden away including a large selection of s1 wheels looks like a good car and still an rs turbo on the log book bargain

 

when alls said and done mate its still an rs turbo and if he changes a few choice bits towing eye inlet manifold ecu interior not many people will notice only the sad pratts who bleat on about genuine this and original that. i say get a life, in the big scheme of things its anougher rs saved from the breakers regardless of what panels are on it and a s2 is a s1 with a few modifications on it and people should encourage the owner to join the rs owners instead of pointing out this aint right and thats wrong no wonder the rs owners is in a bad way

I even modified the shitty 1.3 astra me & a mate bought for driving to work and back everyday with lowered suspension ffs! I can't leave anything standard. Even had my penis enlarged as the 10" I had wasn't big enough

I was referring tongue-in-check to the "get away with it being a real S1 on a D plate" comment anyway. I'm not saying the car's shite cos it's not..just said that people who know their RST's will know it isn't a gen S1. Takes nothing away from the car itself, because you can see by the pics the condition it's in

Btw..who mentioned not joining RSOC ?? Luckily it's an S2-in-disguise so he's still eligible to join if he wanted.
