can u 'get money back' from paypal

i bought some parts off a bloke on another forum and he has said to me that they have been sent although im yet to recieve them.

i paid for the parts through paypal so is it possible to get my money bak cos i have a feeling this buyers a joker

you have to let the resolution centre know what has happened.

have a look on the paypay site for the dispute section and go from there.

whether you get it is another story.

From what I have heard, getting money back from Paypal is pretty easy if you are a buyer! As a lot of sellers get screwed over by people claiming money back illigitimately.
