I know it will fit... but what about the harness? will it connect to the body harnes?..

I would like to put the later cosworth into it but I am scared that the harness is way different.

I currently have the dumb 2.8i. I rebuilt it and did some things to it, but am not all that impressed with its power. the more I read about it the more I should of swapped the motor for atleast a 2.9l.

I havnt seen much in performance parts for the 24v cosworths?

got a response from them... looks promising.. now just to find the vehicle for a decent price.

Firstly you would need to change the sump as your car is a 4x4. The later model engines wiring loom is different and cannot be plugged straight into your cars loom. The earlier engine and loom can be plugged straight into your cars loom.The earlier loom will not work with the later engine as it would need the loom to be modified
