Thinking it's soon time to get a cat, but I think insurance is in order as if I get lumped with vet bills like Dave sadly did recently, I honestly don't know if I could afford to pay them - and I'm a sucker for pets so I know I would pay it whether I had the money or not

So what sort of pet cover am I looking at to include things like unexpected vets bills? I guess they don't cover things like yearly boosters, or annual check ups etc, but I would want one that covers the cat if I need to take him/her in for unexpected "work" etc : scans, operations etc.....

What kind of cost (per month) would I be looking at?

Just remember that they dont cover your pet for the first 14 days. I guess thats to stop people from getting cover from pre-cover illness's, etc ....

 

We pay £9.73 month for our LHASO APSO(dog) but same price for cat, think it's tesco.
