Found this while looking through the old folder tonight of the old cossie!

Wonder if mine was ever done

It does have a receipt dated in 1992 from a Ford dealer though, for 5 days storage, 1 new wiring loom, and to investigate burning smell and smoke from behind the dash Came to a grand total of the best part of £2000!! Glad it wasn't mine at the time!

I had a new loom anyways as the old 1 burt out on the plug to the ecu unit!

 

I had a recall about 1993 for my 3 door all they did was put the section of the loom on the fuel rail inside some plastic protective tubing to prevent it getting damaged, sounds like the same was done on saphires as well.

 

what original colour is your cossie i deffo recognise reg and being as it was from bury seems strange

 

The colour used to be Gray and the car was brought from A1 Rallysport that would of been nearly 5 years ago now!
