i've always run 225/40-18 but need a set of tyres for the weekend, the guy i get my tyres from can't get a set untill next week, question is, what other tyre sizes can be used on an escos, the guy has a set of 235/35-18's, i'm sure i saw an escos with 225/40-18's before.....

 

As long as you run all four of the same rolling radius and they are suitable for an 8" rim, then it doesn't matter:

225/40, 235/40, 235/35 and 245/35 would all be okay on this rim width .

 

As long as you have coilovers

 

OR

have the correct offset wheels to clear your normal spring cups (ET15). If not, then even 225/40s can catch .

Matt, do you need a full set of 4?

ive got two 235/40/18's eagle F1's sat in the garage with loooaaaads of tread left on them

 

Kelv a friend got me a set of part worn earlier, 2 dunlops as new & 2 michelin pilots which have plenty of tread.
