Default Honda V type sport

Just been asked to post this up so hopefully they can get to the bottom of it

My mate has a Honda V type sport 1999 (V reg) and he gets vibrations through his steering wheel like the tracking is out or something

Now he said he has had his Tracking done, balancing done, lower arms done what else could cause this any options what it could be

Cheers
Steve

Warped brake disc?

Distorted hub flange?

Steering rack / track rod end wear - but that should have been checked when they did the tracking.
