Default Help! how do i get poly bushes into escort mk3 rear arms?
Can anyone help me wit a solution? should i soak them in hot water? im struggling with the big bush that connects to to the chassis as it sees to big for the hole that the old bush has left

I'm looking at replacing the bushes on my mk3 as well.

Might be a stupid question, but did you try using a vice with spacers (plastic tube) and applying grease on the bushes?

got it sorted, so iv found out that there are 2 sizes! theres a 38mm bore and a 42mm, typical that i got sent the wrong size!
