You have to use photobucket.com to upload to, then copy and paste from there onto your reply.
I'm sure there is a how to in one of the sections.

use www.photobucket.com

u'l have to register 1st

then just upload ur pic's from ur pc

and for posting up pic's here use the bottom of the 4 link's under the pic u want to show/use
