The Turbosystems cars used to run 245s, but that I don't know what they had to do to get them to fit, as I had 235s on my car and had to get arch mods done .

Yeah, seems to be tyre dependent - so avoid the likes of Yoko AVS's or anything like that which have square shoulders, unless you are prepared to carry out mods .

I am running Toyo T1-R's and i know Euan was running Eagle F1's in the same size with out any problems. Jais my car also sits quite high at the back so that might help.

Have run 235/45/17 on the rear & now 235/40/18 they require rear arch mods if you use tyres like Dunlop do1j which come up a lot wider than normal tyres.

I run 235/40 x 17 F1's on a ET40 8" wide rim and its fine.

Only ever get scrubing under full boost and a harsh bump.
