What should i look for when viewing an RS500 - Just want to make sure that its genuine.... Obviously larger turbo/extra injectors and spoilers (but these could be transplanted....

There is a buyers guid on the RS500 out 1st October in Fast Ford which might help you. Chassis number (which is down by drivers seat & under bonnet) should be GBBE GG 38600 to 39099. Engine numbers should be YBD0015 to YBDO537, to be a genuine 500 also when ariel is up, press rear boot lock and the ariel will come down, wiring on the ariel is different than another Cosworth.

rs500 the bulkhead has been modified (reinforced).wiring loom increased to 65mm , hood heatshield. There is no comparison with a 3 door. I have listed some things that people do not know, but I could be on here all day. There is too many people who want to make a 3 door look like an RS500 which they will never be able to do.
