The AGPR12PP8 are std 4x4 yb plugs not had much in the way of testing on over standard yb's not a dis Tab !

The 071C's are also a std motorcraft plug but tested and reliable @ 400hp plus with no side affects then the next step IMHO would be denso irridiums but for value reliability and stats speaking for them self 071C's all day long .

I asked basically the same question a week or so ago, and Stu(mr msd) said the agpr12pps'
that i had were pretty much the best plugs available for stg1 applications.........
good enough reason to fit them for me!!!

Don't know about higher up the power levels though...

Hence why I said I have not had much in the way of testing above std yes I agree with Stu they are fine IMHO for low horse power and low boost out puts the same as AGPR902pp are also a good plug but for high power high boost I would reconmend the 071's or irridiums thats my prefference on experience on my own cars .

Regards Doug .

the densos were good but always had a tiny miss at a certain point of the rev range that is now cured after fitting the BCR8es

I have used PP8`s and found them fine till 380 bhp, i now use champion QC57C race plugs (@ 450 bhp ) found them to be a bit poor when the engine is cold but fine when hot.. out lasted all the others for reliability..

Champion QC57C's or 071's, never had any problems with either.

i currently have pp8 in small turbo gapped to 0.7. Im going to be changing these to pp12 and gapping to 0.85 as it currently has a splutter and slight miss on the pp8. Hope this will cure the splutter up a bit as have rolling road day on 28th too
