Default best way to flush out a oil cooler?

had a bit of a blow up in the engine bay lol.

basically all the water is now in in the oil, so EVERYTHING has mayo in it

a new engine has sorted most of it lol

but whats the best way to flush out the oil cooler?
didn't think i should use water de-greaser

any suggestions please

I would just buy a new one and flog the old one on ebay..

nice if moneys no object

could rinse the cooler out with some petrol then when youve finished leave it out to evaporate before refitting.
