Default 2.9 24v v6 project?

I've had a Scorpio ultima cosworth sitting in my drive for a wee while now. i was going to do something with it, but a new job and a lack of time forced me to put it up for sale. but things have changed for me now Ive got a bit more spare time....
so I'm thinking its time to get the engine ripped out and stick it in something else.

i was thinking about a sierra 3 door or a mk 2 escort. any other suggestions?

edis 5 with pats means the wiring will be "difficult" to say the least
keep the car as it is until it goes wrong, if you had the eariler version you could do the swap no sweat

you can run the car on the earlier eec4 stuff but then you don't get the vriable inlet stuff going on, just try and piggy back that system onto the eec4 stuff

or

get a pats bypass set up from the states

it is the bug eye version, the car has got a couple o electrical problems, with the heater and lights etc, my dad spent a lot trying to solve them. he's basically given me the car to do what i want with it, the car is quick enough, i just don't like the looks of it, and with the problems with it i would rather use the engine in something else.

some levels of pats will kill the engine ecu if one of the dash lights blows
but it's basicly you needing to wire in the whole loom and slowly chop off the bits that don't stop the engine working

but it's a LOT of loom to fuck about it which is why no one tends to bother with it
