s1 brake upgrade

s1 brake upgrade
i`v got high-spec 320mm monster 4 pots on my s1 but the brake pedal still feels abit soft?is there anything else i can do to improve the braking

already got braided hoses so s2 m/c and dot 5:1 brake fluid cheers chaps

have you had the rears convertered to discs, the S2 master may still be to small leaving a spongy pedal with to much travel

yes mate 4x4 cossie rear disc so is the only oppiton brake bias
