but mainly....how warm is it? how much has it been raining? and is the ground drying out or is it stayin soggy?

 

Oh the air feild.A bitdamp tonight.Stopped raining at 7 ish.Was 19c today.

 

I live about 5mins drive from long marston, the road is dry out my house so i imagine the airfield would be aswell as its pretty windy here

can i ask why? is there an event there at the weekend?

 

na its 3 weeks away but im just wondering if the grass im going to be sleeping on is solid or marshland

 

Past experience of 3 trips there when I've raced the mini at the British Showdown means solid ground.

Not pleasant camping there as a rule - "usually" hot during the day and bitterly cold at night.

chelseahelen....what you class as cold will probably be warm for me,i coudlnt sleep at the last global coz it was too hot
