on tuesday i ordered off paypal for a bmx to be picked up on wednesday by parcelforce, i waited in all friggin day and they never turned up

i just rang parcelforce and they don't know f all about the pickup she said on the phone to get in touch with paypal and get a refund.

thing is i don't know how to get a refund off paypal

any ideas how to get in touch with paypal?

 

only the seller can issue a refund. you need to open a dispute and wait for them to sort it out. By the way paypal are shit for sellers they usually give it back no questions asked even if items were sent recorded etc. Yopu aint gave him much of a chance to post it then

paypal allows you to print off your own postage label and pay via paypal.

had no problems with the other parcels i have sent this week.

i didnt know you can book collection through them, i think you misread it wrong?
