Put the bar through the tca's first, then push to one side as it will slide in the bushes holding the roll bar, one done easy.
For the other one, with the car on axle stands raise the(completed) wheel slightly, this will pull it in a little then screwdriver through hole in x member, one end of bush, then pull outwards other side put bolt in then knock through.

both sides of the car up at the same time to reduce the twist on the arb for starters

then, assuming you are going to put poly bushes in, slide the rear part of the bush in place first, then put the sleeve in place, put the bottom ball joint in and secure it and then slide the arb onto the tca
you will get a little more movement on the tca with only half the bush in first
then, using a ratchet strap, pull the tca into the crossmember by clamping the strap on the tca/arb joint
once the inner bolt is in place you can use the ratchet strap to pull the arb into place further so you can slide the front part of the bush into place

the more you do the easier it becomes, 20 minutes a side with the wheels on , but i did have to jack it up a little

I've never used a strap yet.
