Just wondering where most people on here go to get insurance ? and was it hassle and expensive to insure a highly modified car ?

I pay £660 F/C with all mods declared & bonus's protected on my evo tme.

Thats with a company called Pace Ward.

HIC insure mine for 500 bhp and agreed valube of 10k and free track day cover.

quoted me on the rs £370 a year fully comp all mods declared, twice standard power
thats without using my no claims bonus as im using it on my other car and also with 6 points on my license for an in10 offence,greenlight wouldnt even quote me with an in10
they got it on a classic car policy for me with a limited mileage

pretty fucking good i reckon im paying £320 a year with 6 years ncb on a astra 1.4 merit

 

£170 for my Mondeo TDCi (admiral) and £95 for the Capri
