a new sleeper project ive been working on, thought i would get it up on here with the progress so far
the cossy wheels and turbo bonnet are going, its getting steelies and totaly standard on the outside

 

Looking good i will be keeping an eye on this

make sure u keep this a PROPER sleeper this time, no fancy alloys and chrome rollcages!

i say roof rack, wrong coloured bonnet and one wing, steelies, hidden exhaust outlet, and kick and scratch it a few times

then just live your life patrolling round supercar/evo/scooby/skyline meets making people look like total cunts by getting whupped by a fucked old van

Keep it a real sleeper by fitting a very faded black plastic bumper, with the obligatory scuff of white paint on the corner.

This sounds a nice project, standard bumper and steelies with that lump in sounds wicked.

looks good mate, was thinking bout doin it to mine, how hard was it to do all the transmission tunneling and mount the rear axle

 

a bit more than that blacky but its coming on a treat, might do a bit more on saturday if i get chance, not sure i can fit the rs500 intercooler in tho

 

cant wait to see that bet its goin to be good spec like your mk3

 

no not as much as the mk3, only going to 350 bhp, im after some relieability out of this lol, it get the handy down parts from the mk3

the same engine with a knackerd t3 did a 12.4 at york in a saff so its pretty fit
got a t34, rs500 cooler and twin fuel pumps to go on and run more boost so should be a bit quicker

Theres somethin bout sleepers, especially as its a van, would love 2 make a sleeper myself,

 

TBH tho the fact it was a jap day wasnt that important it seems, in the pic you are surrounded by an astra, a corsa, and a golf

cool tho, love that, fast too

 

there were just the run what ya brung queas, the jap cars were in the main que up lanes

 

what are those steelees off? do they fit over the sierra 4 pots?

Thats ace, Stick a Tow bar on the back & shit onit....proper sleeper

 

im not sure about the 2wd 4 pots but fit over the 4wd callipers with a slight skim with the grinder lol
