Default holding back????

right then i got myself a new s2 rst after 7months or so of not owning a rs sinse the escos, supposed to have a stage 2 hybrid t3, cam unknown spec, chip unknown spec k&n full stainless, its boosting at 17 and holding 15psi but the car feels like its holding back even in the wet give it a load of right foot in first and ull be lucky is it will spin the wheels? my last rst was running 7psi n ud have a job 2 stop that spinning in the wet!

has any 1 come across this problem before?

could my turbo be shot even tho its boosting ok?

or should i just get it set up and go from there?

cheers james.

Sounds like a timing issue. Needs looking at by someone that can set it up correctly.
