Does everyone hate telesales calls? I know i do.

What do you do in the situation, are you polite? Do you listen to there whole speech before saying no?

Does anyone ever like getting telesales calls? And why do they always phone when you've just sat down to a meal.

When we get them I usually see what they are selling and then tell them my father runs a company in that field and I bet I can get them a fantastic quote for the same item if they are interested. They usually get off the line fairly quickly. If it's a conservatory they're selling I tell them I'm interested but "I live in a 2nd floor flat, will that be a problem?"

 

 

Went to a carcraft type place once (pile of shite), they call me all the time and because I gave my brothers and misses name with my tel number they call all the time.

First couple of time I was polite and said not to call me, now I just pretend I can't here them and get them to keep repeating themselves until I get bored or say " yep I will just get him, he was looking for your number this morning" then just leave the phone hanging to the fooook off!
