hi all, just thought id say hi and get to meet some new peeps. im new to this club and the ford scene just in the process of buying my saph cossi 2wd.. ive been big on the renault 5 GT turbo seen for the last 6 years, ok you may laff at the french cars, but the french car clubs laff at the fords etc, im more nutrual to both and think all old school cars are good... was mainly in to drag with my 5 and manage to get it down to 11.9@120mph down at the old pod, i wont be try to do the same with the old ford one day. just want to enjoy a nice a peace of history at mo tho.. anyway enough waffle.... and HI to you all........................................

yes currently building a one off 3litre 944 turbo, not much work left on it do actualy, gain oil pressure the other week which is a start

Really ? I know his was using slicks but how many others besides the twin engined one have

Well ok, not loads, but 5 or so FWD 1.4 8valve ones IIRC.

At least 1 on road legals I think too.

Think fastest is 11.4, cant remember now.

Welcome mate, haven't been to an French day in ages, last time I went to RTOC ND was at the pod a couple of years ago, a white 5 IIRC with a Europarts sticker ran in the 11's (then of course there was the road illegal one with perspex windows)
