Nearest hospital now is 17 miles away and you have to pay for parking
Doctors appointment takes 2 to 3 weeks.

My nearest is 24 miles, if you could get a drs appointment in 2/3 weeks you would be trampled in the stampede round here!!
I have to do a 54 mile round trip to see my doctor, nearest with space!! as all the books are full(of immigrants), due to demands I can only see him on one day of the week.
There is NO emergency cover, so it's a trip to A&E.

Our local A&E has closed down, and you now have to go an extra 12 miles to the next one. Will certainly make a difference to some poor souls chances of living.

In fact our daughter wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for our local A&E!!
