Morning boy's & girl's,
I hoping for some help, need a 2wd release bearing. Need it today if at all possible so does anyone know anywhere in South London/Surrey I could grab one ? ? ? New or used is okay !
The engine runs as sweet as a nut & sounds the t*ts !
But I have no clutch !
I have a decent pedal & cable's ok, but it's acting like your foot is on the clutch & you can select gear without foot on pedal & engine runnin ! Speedo isn't moving when in gear so guessin gearbox internals not moving - hence clutch fault !
Ideas PLEASE ! ! ! She's soooooooo close !
Only thoughts I've had is the clutch is fooked (But phil said it was ok so ruled out) or release bearing is wrong as it's still the same bearing I used for the twin plate / Fidanza flywheel combo & holding the clutch open slightly ? ? ? Is there a difference between twin plate release bearings & normal bearings ? ? ?
Any help/ideas would be great !
Cheers,
Jb
