I just cant get my head round the people making a big deal about it. Ive had a laugh about it tonight but i aint giving up cos ive got to spend all of 3 minuits outside.

 

The smell of smoke in the pubs and clubs soon gives way to the smell of peoples body odour. Enjoy

Dont mind the ban in food places, etc, bit annoying in the pub though. Im sure i'll get use to it. Even have non smokers moan about all the smokers coming out in the garden to smoke...Theres just no pleasing people.

 

one of the smokers at work is already up in arms, citing that because he heard on the radio that some bloke driving a sleeper cab lorry can smoke inside when it's not on teh tacho means that he can smoke in his van

it's always been company policy that the drivers can't smoke in their vehicles if it's a company car/van/bike/truck or anywhere on company premises and that includes the car parks, so why he, out of all the other drivers, is bitching about it i don't know

but everyone else has been fine

 

Its a bit difficult for me if im honest makes me stay in rather then going to the pub,

I was only telling the mrs last night how i noticed yesterday while at work out in the van how busy the pubs were outside

 

well its been up here in scotland for a while and aint so bad

as said you get a few wiffs of BO !!!

crappy thing is that i have stopped and ALL my mates smoke so when they go outside im sitting on my own like a plonker !!

 

take solace in the fact that you will be dry whie they will be wet/they will be getting skin cancer while you'll be lazing in air conditioned luxury*

some of the pubs in aberdeen fuckin reek since the smokin ban

i just stopped gan out so much,spesh in the winter (and now my neighbours hate me coz of all the parties )
