Had a tear up with it the other week in my cossie on the A1 and although i couldnt quite keep up it wasnt a total ass kicking. Well i met the owner today at the pod and we spoke about it. His car has approx 600ishbhp and he guessed mine was running about 500 to 550 as i kept up so well. I informed him that i was only running around 400 and he was surprised. Just wanted to post this little story as when i left the pod earlier i was really proud of my 3 and half grand cossie. The skyline it has to be said is a stunning machine in every respect.

Its done an 11.1sec quarter on normal road tyres (not even trackday ones) and standard box and diffs, on its 2nd ever run, so its not slow, thats for sure!

 

the old girl went well when i had her,bet its even better now you done more to it mate got any recent pics?

 

didnt say they were slow Stav, just said that the ones i have seen going are always claiming 550+ but go like 450.

 

Bloody jap crap anyway, japs have not made a decent car since the late 70's.
