Default electricians

Currently live in dorset and have been thinking of moving away for a while now. Its not a bad palce here but i fancy a change, still live at home and got some savings, but house prices here are and want to move out soon.

anyway was wonder whats the going hourly rate is for an approved sparky in other areas. Not sure where i would move if i had too. also not interested in any bull figures. Im on 11.50 with van etc, 45 hour weeks. The going rate here seems to be roughly 10.50-12.00 depending how good you are.

don't fancy working offshore tbh, i have a online business aswell that i sort at nights weekends etc so even a 50k job off shore will bring not much more in and i won't be at home etc. I no the jib rates and that but down here the firms don't pay em as there is not enough money in the jobs etc. Also the firm i work for we do a good selection of work excluding house bashing thanks god, but i want to move somewhere else.
