Got back off holiday this morning to find out that I got my promotion.
Am well happy , a wicked holiday and a nice thing to come home to even though England really is shite compared to America

This does mean you're gonna have to learn how to drink properly though mate as you can't be beaten by the underlings. Get your self to the pub mate and I shall soon get you on a training course in alcohol abuse

I've sold my SI and have got myself a shed which i'm gonna plow loads of money into, if the wife lets me..............
She will though so no worry's there.

Thanks for all the kind words people
Have just found out that I can't wear it till I get posted, have been offered a possible posting to Coventry with a Signals unit as I want to travel all over the place.
Money will be about the same as I will loose my Northern Ireland pay and have to pay for food and accomodation.
But atleast it means I will actually be in England when I am not away
