i havent got no pics but you can get a charge pipe that is ment to go in ford ka's to help with space issues, maybe jamsport does them not sure but it bents back on itself sort of thing

 

u cant have it with a central entry manifold, as the the throttle body fouls it - never mind the charge pipe.

 

best bet is to get an XR3i or RS1600i inlet manifold to go with it.

 

 

 

Ive just brought one off these from a mate, he's said he'd paint it for me aswell and asked wot colour id like it, i wasnt sure until i saw the pic above, gota b blue.

didnt no you could use 1600i with charge carrier does it sit on the ford motorsport badge?

 

To make it fit you have to cut out the ford motorsport badge and weld it in lower and get rid of the 7 centre fins and part of the 6th and 7th fins in from the right ,cut off the centre tube and weld a plate in ,then weld a new tube on the left side like an rs turbo one ,then weld in some brackets for your charge pipe to screw into.

 

Quite a bit of work then really.

Far too much work, i originally bought the one Dave now has forgetting what exactly was involved.

I unwrapped it and was like that looks mint, placed it on the car and just went

The centre breater pipe sits inside the throttle housing

Didn't have it in me to destory it

 

dont blame you get one of them jamsport custom inlets and you can run it ent serious money only 250

 

would you buy me one then
do jamsport sell the tubs and hoses to the IC and so one too?
