Default idle speed adjustment on a green top

How do i pick the idle speed up a bit on my car its a j plate green top on most other cossie engines they have a idle screw on the throttle body. But this one does'nt seem to have one. There must be some adjustment somewhere surely

as you say, there should be 2 ways to adjust the throttle.

the first is to set the plate angle at rest with a screw, and then there is a tapered bypass screw to let air past the throttle plate. these should be set with the ngine up to running temperature, but no electrical load on it (fans not running etc) and the ISCV unplugged

then of course, the Idle Speed Control Valve should do it's stuff when the engine is cold and when loaded

The 4x4 screw is recessed inside the throttle body, and usaully seized solid

Different design to the 2wd one with the lock nut set up
