Anyone own a Volvo S60 D5? (2.4 turbocharged diesel)
want as much info on these as possible please
Went in one the other day (not a police one
) and thought it was very very VERY smart. Looking at prices, its a LOT of car for very little cash aswell
Any gen appreciated - problems, power outputs, comfort on long distance, reliability, fuel consumption etc etc

Paul it depends on the year you get - but both 163bhp and 185bhp models can be remapped too 226bhp i think - i had a S60 T5 and there ace build quality etc, the thing thats crap about em is the turning circle and rear leg rooms not that brilliant.

I thought you might know Craig
Must admit, rear legroom aint a problem as its only myself and Adam who travel in my car anyway
Looking at a 2003ish model, but not buying just yet, saving for a house
so will be a few months (more time for them to depreciate a bit
)
Gotta admit tho, I was more than impressed by the level of comfort and the amount of goodies it had in the one I travelled in

The other half had a 06 plate S60 D5 as a company car for a while!
It absoloutely ate fron tyres!
I found it very hard to take away in first gear in the wet (sometimes even the dry) without that yellow triangle flashing on the middle of the dash!
But a very comfortable motorway cruiser!
