bought this in feb this year.my mate was going to do the welding and has been sat in his garage for 3 month untouch so has been taken away back to my parents house and know fully stripped.going to be sand blasted this week and then going to have all new panels fitted

well its good to see my old cars geting the restoration it deserves,did love this car when i had it and still miss it in a way.Still got the original plates on the wall in the garage

heres afew pics of when i had her

 

i have one plate here with you name on it.have bought a lot of new parts for the car allready i have managed to get two gen ford wing.will put more pictures as things move on.if you want the plate with your name on you can have it as it will not be going back on the car. i am going to castle combe and ford fair and could meet up with you.thought the car had had a new rear drivers back wing but know car is stripped can not fined any welding where it has been fitted.

 

will be a minter when done

no up dates waiting for work to start bought loads of bits and pieces for the car just waiting,big brakes for the front, rear discs for the back,coil overs,poly bushes,looking for wheels,my dads garage is full of rs turbo parts just waiting to start putting it back together,will post pictures when things start to move on,i have not given up if thats what you are all thinking,i have spent to much money on it allready to give up,dont tell the wife she will go mad if she new what the car owes me allready as she said it is just an old rust bucket

Thats not bad did they just do the under side of your car

 

they did the hole engine bay, under side,the back of the bulk head, spare wheel well and a couple of other bits,could not find any body who wanted to do for ages, a few people had a look and would not do the car but this guy was real keen and done it on a sunday

 

Any news on this restoration ? I remember driving this car !

 

And i remember owning it!

 

Id like to know what happened to this.

It was a bit rotton.I hope it got put back on the road.
