my front fog light grill screws are rounded/rotten can i get the front bumper off with them still in or do the fog lights have to come out first?

If your really stuck you could cut fog light wires at rear of bumper,then put connectors on when you re-fit it

 

They already have connectors, normally clipped to inner chassis rails.
The screws are 0.7mm X 4mm X 50mm, by the way.

you can unplug the wires from the back of the fogs when you remove the bumper

if you are stuck with the fogs in place, dril through the screw heads (in the middle either side, the top one is the adjustment screw so don't drill through that one) you only have to remove the heads and the light will slip out
you can then attempt to get the studding out once the light is out of the way

they should be covered with some sort of anti sixing crud when you put them back though, cost me 19p for the last bolt and ford sent it to my house with a first class stamp in an A4 envelope
