The post on the bottom right looks a bit photoshopped to me .. hmmm.

Notice all the others are in the centre of a paving stone, and have a gap round them where they still need to be finished.

Still reckon it's photoshopped though. Compare how the bollard behind the van is put in compared to the others which have been put in by removing a slab....
