Just put some new alloys on my saph and if i brake heavy on the drivers side the tyre hits the wing.Its on standard suspension is it just my suspension is shagged or do i need to look at a problem elsewhere

Seems too small ET, or too high or too large tyres, or too soft suspension. The last cause is the main.
I met this problem on my scorpios with 16" and 18" alloys, but after install H&R springs and KONI-sport the problem went away.

Wrong size/offset wheel.
It may of course be being made worse by soggy suspension, but not caused by it, as there should be enough clearance there what ever the suspension is doing, clearly there isn't.
