My search for an Imperial Blue Small Turbo Escort Cosworth has been going on for a fair while now and the prices for low mileage standard cars just seem to keep going up and up. Prices of the Focus RS have now come down a bit and are looking more attractive to me.
What should I do? Hold out for the Escort I desperately long for or give in and get a Focus RS which is only a year old with 10000 on the clock. I don't love Focus RS's to be honest, but I don't know how much longer I can go on searching.
depends if u want something u can use and leave somewhere or just a show car... i love escort cossies but the age and attention they attract puts me off thus I shall be treating myself next year to a Focus RS but im waiting till the next generation normal focus come out to see if it drops prices further

My thoughts exactly..
If you have this as a show/second car then go for the Cossie. But if you want something realiable for everyday use then go for a FRS with its warranty etc etc. However don't opt for second best, its alot of dosh not to be happy with your choice. Try and get a test drive of an FRS then make your mind up
cossie hands down mate, mite as well get a cossie cos they're 10 years old now and not getting any younger where as the focus is new so will be round for ages
