fiesta stereo

i have a 19996 fiesta and am having big trouble fitting a new stereo.None of the colours match!! Any ideas??

yellow ignition feed
red permanant live
black earth.

To test the speakers hold a AAA battery across the 2 wires which will make static in the appropriate speaker.
