When you take a late small turbo Esc Cos and convert it to a earlier large turbo conversion what would you have left over management wise?
Been asked by a friend what would be not needed on the new conversion..
So was thinking......
Loom,
ECU,
Injectors,
sensors,
Coilpacks?
What have i missed?
and If i wan't to purchase these items how much you they be second hand? £500??

No no lee, maybe i wasn't clear enough.....
He wants to try and use the EECIV Esc Cos management on a completely different engine!
What the post orginally asks for is what would be needed to run EECIV management on a Duratech or Zetec turbo engine as a project.....
If you get where i'm coming from....

loads.
give it a WIDE burth.
not an easy management system to install.
Sensors and parts are easy to get hold of, loom you havent got a hope in hell, as its intergrated in the main car loom of the EECIV, even more so that the large turbo models.
As far as i know no one makes an EECIV replacement loom
You've missed off the top of my head
MAF sensor
Ignition module
