we have a 2.0 16v laguna 2000 w reg the engines bolloxed, its got variable valve timing, having serious trouble finding an engine, but theres a 2.0 16v froma 1997 for sale im presuming it wont have vvt? i also thought they didnt even bring out the 16v ones till after 1998?

the valves gone through the water jacket ont he head and the other ends gone though the piston lol,

failing that were gonnna have to get the head welded and throw a new piston in it. were really stuck all advice greatfull
