No power at fuel pump to run the pump(Pump is working i tried direct wiring)

Having direct wired the pump to another fully charged battery and cranked the car over it will not start fuel is passing and returning by the fuel rail

Check the fuel pump relay and fuse (behind the glove box).

If either is at fault, then not only will the fuel pump not work, but you'll perhaps (fault dependant) not have +12V at ECU pin 28, the amal valve, and the idle speed control valve

Get yourself a wiring diagram and follow it!!, if you want one PM me and I'll post/email, or fax you one, if you can get to a COLOUR fax, work one maybe ?
Check also your main relay, this is fed from the ignition switch along with the fuel pump relay, you need to check that you have a direct feed from the battery into each of these relays when ignition is off, so as not to confuse it with switched supply, it's a lot easier with a diagram ?

Hi,
Check if your emergency switch is ON, on spare wheel boot.

does your ecu have power? there are 2 relays and fuses behind passenger dash - 1 for ecu, 1 for fuel pump

when you go to key 2, the SEM boost control valve (mounted on the intercooler) should click

forget inertia switch, it's obviously not the problem or it would start when you direct wire the pump
