Ordered a set of new style six spoke comps today

 

thatll still leave you with 4 wont it paul? or have you got rid of the others? how did you crack it again?

 

Its the same cracked wheel mate that keep fucking on me. I guess it just don't like to be welded

Silly really as the crack is so thin you can hardly see it. Once the white one is repainted your have a good set again

 

goddamn i want this set.
i think its even nicer than the cromodoras i have

I really like these. Im just not sure if they'd suit my car.

 

Magnesium-alloy is virtually impossible to weld properly as the the original wheels would have been cast .
When trying to weld to cast, it is like trying to stick a sticker onto a brick, if you can imagine that! Cool rims though

 

Sold now I wish the new owner a million times more luck then I had

 

That didnt take long! Was just going to ask someone to photoshop them onto mine too.

I havent been online properly for AGES... I saw them advertised a while back as a set of 4 (one repaired) and "considered" it, but with the fifth untouched alloy, defo wouldve had them if I had known
