Right started up.....no probs ISCV working...then it come off that (i think) and now goes up down up down rev wise not buy a lot say 500rpm..constant...can hear a loud hissing too All vacuum pipes are on and there are no fluid leaks.......Boost gauge is reading ok.

Do greys make a hissing noise?????????Sounds like an air leak but cant see where..the WRC inlet uses o-rings and cant be that

if you suspect an air leak, spray some easystart stuff around all the joints and you'll hear an increase in engine speed when you spray over the leaky joint.

is the throttle body to inlet manifold properly tightened? that's a common leak point

are you sure the hissing is not just coming from the air going past the nearly fully closed throttle plate?

foreigneRS...yes thats what the hiss is Before i ran a piston dump valve which made the same sorta noise...so never heard without dump before...that i can remember..lol.

ISCV needed cleaning and fuel pressure needed upping a little virtually perfect now and ticks over at 1000rpm
