Default Front suspension setting coilovers/TCAs/top mounts?

I've got a set of Leda 3 way adjustables, connentric top mounts and TCA's for my 3 door and getting them installed as we speak.

What's a good baseline setting to start with in terms of bump/rebound/camber/caster etc for fast road/occasional track day?

I've got a set of rear coilover billies installed, and a 6 degree beam ready to be installed in the near future.

Any help would be appreciated.

Front: Set the castor to 3° 30' and camber to 2.5° neg with 2mm toe in.

Rear: 1.5° neg with 3mm toe in.

What spring rates have you got?

What range of adjustment on the bump and rebound did you get on the dampers (check on the invoice, it will give you a description of the dampers)?

Thanks again Mike, the front springs are:

8" 300lb/inch 2.5" i.d.

Rears are Bilstein dampers are rated at 260/110, not sure what spring rate, but aparently a out of the box gravel spec spring.

The fronts seem a little soft (perhaps needing to go up to a 325 or even a 350lb spring), so you might need to start on the mid-settings of everything on the front and see how it drives. I think the rear could be too hard, but I have not got my Grp N manual here to check what spring rates usually come with those dampers. You want something along the lines of 150-170lb, where I think you might be possibly over 200 .

Have you driven the car? Can you not describe how it feels? Does it feel stiff at the rear and soft on the front?

Thanks Mike,

I also forgot to mention that I have the frame connectors from Danny B, and he says I can get away with slighty softer suspension if I use the connectors.

I may well get my rear springs tested and then if the're over 200lb, I'll just get a new set of springs for the rears.

Cheers for the advice again
