anyone know what fuse is for Dash lights and the lights around the heater control ect... checked all the fuses and all seam to be ok, could it be a relay?

 

Are your sidelights working ok ?, the panel lights are fed off one sidelight circuit, do you have a dimmer switch for them ?
These can pack up, and would be my first port of call for the test light, I think they are a grey with yellow tracer wire but don't quote me.
