Sapphire Value pics inside.
My granddad has had this car since nearly new, but now wants to sell to get an auto. Just wondered what it's worth as the car is very very clean, would the car have any value as a re-shell?? It's a k plate with the 2l twin cam, mot and taxed, anyway i will let the pics do the talking.

i could b wrong but dont think u could use the car 4 a re-shell, im sure if u wanna re-shell a car and keep the original documents u need a brand new shell, it looks really tidy thought, would b a mint run about 4 some1
Yer u could but it wouldnt b A original cosworth, 2 b fair fella i wouldnt have a clue on price, best 2 look in the auto-trader, bit of a shame really but cause its not really anything special(although does look mint) i wouldnt think much
its a shame he wants to sell her, VERY CLEAN as you said.
if it was mine i'd hold on to her, but i think your best bet is to bring her to a some shows and have the FORSALE signs on her, you never know you just might get the money you are looking for it...
regards paddy

Nice to see you've kept it as it should be and not turned it into a Cosworth look a like
Looks very clean, interesting plate too, not too many digits away from the Pacifica Blue Cosworth owned by Ford

Cheers fella, making a cosworth replica never crossed my mind with it, i think it would have spoilt a good car, it was bought as a runaround to drive as it was and then ocd kicked in, it had a rust bleb to the arches and sill backs, scuffs to the bumpers so it got arches and a respray, lots of other work to make it 100% again
