Default Tyres

Help!
I need to get 4 new tyres for my Escort Cos.
I have had a set of Goodyear F1's on there for the past 5 years or so and was going to replace them with another set.
According to Elite in Essex they are no longer available.
Any idea which other tyres are as good as the F1's?
They will only be used for road use but I want to get a good quality set.
They are the standard 225x45xZR16 size.
Thanks
Terry

Yokohama AVS are a good tyre. Very pleased with them on my bean tin. And they also do that weird tyre which Rob had on his Focus and by God do they grip

Toyo Proxes seem popular as well.

Marshall's last very well but I wouldn't go there

You should be able to get the new GSD3 F1's i'd have thought It would have been the old GSD2's youd have had which youll no longer be able to get!

If not i'd go for either P Zero Neros or Bridgestone SO3's
