500 intercoolers
i would like to know if it is worth while fitting a 500 intercooler to my escos,
its a big turbo model running a 330bhp chip and seems to runs fine with the standard cooler,

You can get good results by re-plumbing the standard chargecooler so that it uses a separate water circuit (separate radiator, header tank together with electric water pump etc) instead of the engine's coolant.
No point at all, just make it an even MORE expensive ornament 
.
