I've often thought that Nova drivers should be cut out.

 

nah the 1 road (the wheels) is a normal 2 way road, and they race up and down at over 100 mph and weive in and out of on coming cars and traffic

see 9 cars get written off in 1 accident up there (5 were parked on the pavement at the time and 1 was only 2 days old)

seen loads of crashed up there tbh, last time I went 5 cars has a big accident aswell

Fookin stupid.

I love street racing, i mean really love it, but dual carridgeway only, and not with other cars n people in the way either, fookin crazy dangerous.

I really wish i could organise (or be part of if it was already happening) some proper sly street racing with a small amount of mental cars, in a relativley (to others) safe place. Infact i know somewhere.
Thing is stuff never gets kept quiet and in no time all the lil boyracer twats are there too crowding up the show n ruining it all.

there was a couple of bad stacks up at lakeside street racing, its just cos of dick heads overtaking other cars along a 2 lane road with oncoming traffic!!

its all finished now though cos the council stuck speed humps up that road

i really did used to enjoy it til the divs started making appearances and spoiling it all for everyone else!!

 

Yeh Ive been up there a few times and there mental.bit scary really having ya car on the kerb and them fly passd at 100mph

 

i used to go up there almost every sat nite used to be a gud laff now just to many idiots trying to prove things dont go any more as almost had a few near misses in my cars to dangerous and too over crowded for that sort of rd, espically as u have trucks and the banger racers cumin in and out

As some of you may know, in January of this year, I lost my cousin because of street racing! And yes it was on a dual aswell! Maybe he couldn’t drive, but who says any of us can drive?? My family will never be the same again! Nor will the person who was racing him, as he was first on the scene!

 

Very sobering

I open the car up and give it some. I'd be lying if I tried to claim otherwise. I try and do it in the safest way possible and will always back off and leave it if I don't feel comfortable with anything at all. Saddly things can and do go wrong, be it driver error or a mechanical fault. That's something everyone of us has to take on board when we tickle the accelerator pedal.

I saddly know quite a few people that have died in road accidents and it does make you think.
