I'm going to be changing my interior, now i know what i want seating wise but after looking at a few modded interiors it became clear no-one does anything with the dash. I'm wondering if a flocked dash would look cool
or will it just look stupid
with a leather trim & should i stick to my original plan of a leather dash?
cheers

trouble with flocking is it collects the dust
shouldnt be a problem for yours though dave, lol, i had some panels covered in leather once for my dash but it ended up looking like pvc
maybe depends what colour you go with?

was going to get some bits done to mine years ago when i had the seats ect done, only got round to doing part off it
i was going to use a mix off leather and alcantara the same as my seats.
Only problem is, its dash out ect and it costs lol also you need to be carefull with it as it marks easy plus it can get glare on the windscreen if you use a bright colour

hey guys
cool words - thanks
my dash is alcantara trimmed, but nicer than flocking, flocking is okay for motorsport and no reflections, but if u want the real tidy cool optic and feel, go for alcantara.
even the a pillars, doorboards and the roof inside is done with alca.
here are some more pics:

I can get you some more if you need!!
edit: you can buy that dash for 1 million pounds

no - unfortuanely not
the pre owners dad has a hotel, and there was a guy who did all the nicer leather parts in this hotel, he also did the dash and doorcards and so on.
I think if you want to do it by urself, you ve to be good with sewing.
